Ticuan has started accepting reservations on third party sites now and Pueblo Amigo is opening tomorrow.  Most hotels have been open during the entire pandemic.  Restaurants will remain carry out only for the month of June.  I had a client today that told me he paid $72 for his room at Ticuan, but not sure if it was expedia, orbits,  or hotels.com.

I just passed through the Zona and saw a few street girls working.   Saw a few Americans hanging out in the alley.

I'm not sure you grasp the situation. Maybe you do, and are a glutton for boredom?  Seriously, NO bars anywhere are open. NO clubs anywhere are open. NO restaurants, except for the one in Ticuan, are open. No theaters, no music venues, nada. The supermarkets and Costco and the pharmacies are open. OXXOs are open. 

My point is that, except for walking around the streets, there is nothing to do but stay in your hotel room and eat, or go with a paradita for 20 minutes. I guess there is a lineup in the Cascada penthouse, but it's more point and shoot as I understand it. You can order escorts, but, man, 6 nights sitting in a hotel room waiting for escorts? Ugh! I suspect you should really re-think spending a week in TJ at this time.

Personally, I have been going once a week, but only for a few hours. I see one of the girls in my rotation, we go to a motel, we eat takeout, we drink beer I bring (beer is now available at the stores but it hasn't been for several weeks), I go home. I don't like it and I would be bored stiff if I had to stay for a week.

Hotel La Villa de Zaragoza is open--go direct to their website to book a reservation. They are walking distance to Ticuan and its restaurant which is dine-in!

This Hotel is located at Madero and 7th!

We all operate different and have different motivations. For a guy coming from the Midwest a day trip just is not in the cards. There are an element that comes down for an extended sex vacation and often guys from restore Southeast or Midwest may stay several days in a row and just schedule two or three ladies a day to come to the hotel. Many have alluded to the fact there's not much else to do in the city currently and that shirt certainly changes the element somewhat.

Agree with all of the above, but would check with the agency first before booking an Airbnb. I was a repeat customer at Musas and they wouldn't send a chica to see me at an Airbnb, even though it was very nice and I had not had any problems with them in the past.

And I'm grateful for an honest response, not that the others weren't honest but you gave me an honest look at the situation. Things are opening up here in the midwest, and I think California is a bit behind us as far as opening up. And I'm gathering Mexico is pretty much in line with SoCal. I'm looking forward to coming to TJ.......I may play it by the news, and I'm finding this is a great place to know what's up in TJ. However, I'm deciding on here or flying to the Philippines. Honestly.....TJ is my preference. I don't mind paying for escort GFE........just not 7 nights in a row......I do like the night life

7-8 yrs ago when I first started coming to TJ I was like a kid in a candy store.....or bull in a china shop. I truly tried to nail most the girls in the alley, select girls in the clubs, and just having a great time that a week would allow. I'm older now.....and not as ambitious. But maybe a bit more selective. I think I want to plan more.....but I still enjoy the clubs. So I'm feeling somewhat of a catch 22 with the draw of chicas/////and the clubs

According to the Mexican Gov't web site, there will be no bars open until August 1. Now, nobody knows how closely the country will follow that projection, but I will be shocked if anything opens before July, and pleasantly surprised if anything opens during July.

Well......that puts a damper on my plans. Maybe I'll plan on a 3 day weekend thing. I got good advice on crossing the border. I'd appreciate any further advice there.
