So, hey—I was a member of TJAmigos, but it has been two+ years since i last visited TJ. Anyone care to summarize what I've missed?

I'm vaccinated and ready to roll.

 

HK and Las Chavelas are now (sorta) one club? 

There is a Speakeasy upstairs in the HK's hotel? What does that even mean? Why is it good or bad?

Is Adelita not open? [Oh, sorry. Not sure why, but when I subscribed yesterday I didn’t see any recent reviews or reports from there, and then I got locked out of this account for a short while.... I see that it’s open, but maybe not as hot as I remember it.]

Any other new clubs I should be aware of with top talent? I always went back and forth between AB and HK, as I just never saw anyone I was attracted to in the brief walkthroughs of other clubs. I tried the strip club near the Ticuan once, but there wasn't enough going on inside to warrant spending much time there. 

Any hotels I should consider? I've always done the Ticuan, but last trip i used Cascadas. 

Hoping to get back down there as soon as my passport is renewed. 
 

But, what’s the ‘tone’ down there, re: COVID? Are the girls more clinical and careful? I had a girl there (HK) who was gorgeous, sweet, and built... but the sex was horrible because she was one of those ‘I’m clean’ girls. Don’t touch me there, don’t touch yourself before touching me, don’t do this, don’t do that, etc. And this was wayyyy PRE-pandemic. I hope that kind of experience isn’t now more the norm.

Just finished there and didn’t run into any clean freaks.  Tone is pre pandemic other than a few girls who insist on wearing their masks around. Chicago has improved a little but not amazing. Cascadas can be loud but saves time walking and you have a room to use with the girls. Ticuan is great and the breakfast is always a selling point for me. Just depends on what you want from your hotel and if quiet sleep is important.

 

speakeasy is for after hours so that the club can stay 24 hours but not really.  Talent goes downhill at the speakeasy. Girls have to spend their first hour at Chavelas then can go into HK. Club is huge now when all of it is open. New room behind Miami really only opens for weekends.

Do you mean girls are wearing masks around in the clubs?

Pretty amazing that the tone is predominantly "pre pandemic." Until recently, I wasn't even thinking I'd be able to get into Mexico until maybe the fall, because people talk about Mexico as if COVID is still rampaging, and also that the Police/Border control are 'discouraging' Americans from being there for "non-essential" reasons. But, hey–if that's not true, I'm just 10 miles from the border and would love to get back into my hobby.

**You should be good to go, vaxed or not.  There's no requirement for club goers that I'm aware of.

**Yup.  They made  two entries in part of the wall that separated the clubs in the past.  Now, once you enter either club, you can easily migrate to the other club.  Just walk through like you're going to the Miami section.

**Damn...I havn't had a girl with that many regs, but I guess it's a MMV (mileage may vary) situation.  I think it's back to pre-COVID.  A super hygienic girl is probably just plain picky... covid or no covid.

I didn't go for a few months, and when I came back it was mostly OTC bar girls and escorts. Recently went back to the clubs and I'm now getting quoted $100 from pretty much all bar girls. My previous rate was 60, but that was a couple years ago.  Since that's the upper end of what I pay now for an hour+ of GFE from a girl an escort, I think escorts will be my new standard. But other than the rate hike, the absorption of Las Chavelas by Hong Kong, and the improved talent at Chicago Club, it's mostly like it was.

Where are you getting escorts? That's a scene i haven't delved into. I think i tried once in TJ, but some nonsense happened, and she was late, then going to be later, then later, and i ended up losing a few hours and just gave up and went to HK and AB.
